Our herb cheeses are made from the finest young matured cheese. This variety includes a rich blend of walnuts, hazelnuts, and fenugreek. These nuts give the cheese a full, nutty, and slightly spicy flavor that is perfectly balanced.
Using Nut Cheese
A special cheese that is perfect for cheese boards or as a tasty snack. This young matured cheese with nuts is also delicious on bread and ideal for cooking – for example in wraps, savory pies, or a fresh salad to add extra flavor and bite.
