Our herb cheeses are made from the finest young matured cheese. This variety includes a rich blend of walnuts, hazelnuts, and fenugreek. These nuts give the cheese a full, nutty, and slightly spicy flavor that is perfectly balanced.
Using Nut Cheese

Clover Jalapeño is a spicy Dutch cheese made by Clover Cheese in Friesland. This cheese combines the creamy, mild flavor of traditional Klaver cheese with the spiciness of jalapeño peppers. The result is a unique, spicy cheese that is perfect for drinks boards, dishes or just as a snack.
