A delicious blue-veined cheese from North Brabant, made from pasteurised goat's milk. The cheese comes from organic farming and has a full piquant flavour thanks to the blue veins.
Developed by Jan Bastiaansen, the cheese is the perfect combination of Nederlandse Blue cheese and the well-known French Roquefort. The cheese has been given our trational maturing house all the time it needs to mature.
The constant temprature, humidity and timely turning of this goat cheese ensures that it is aged to perfection. This Blue cheese is a real treat for any cheese lover.

Dutch blue cheese is delicious on a cheeseboard, but can also be processed excellently in, for example, a salad.
