Stolwijkse extra mature is a delicious spicy Farmer's cheese. Our extra mature Farmhouse cheeses are made from fresh milk and have a ripening period of 32 weeks.

Aged for at least a year in our traditional maturing house. Delicious piquant cheeses with an intense flavour sensation. Fantastic for on bread but also a real treat on a cheeseboard.
