Grated Rotterdams Antiek is a true favourite for anyone who enjoys strong, extra-mature cheese. This characterful cheese from Rotterdam is matured for three years, giving it an intense, full-bodied flavour and delicious salt crystals.
The cheese is freshly grated by us, making it ready to use straight away. It is delicious over pasta, oven dishes, salads and soups. It is also perfect for making a powerful cheese sauce or a crispy cheese topping on gratinated dishes.
Thanks to its intense and distinctive flavour, only a small amount is needed to add plenty of character to your dish. After grating, the cheese is carefully packaged to preserve its flavour and freshness.
