Deliciously creamy young matured cheese with a mild and full flavour. This cheese has matured for approximately 12 weeks, giving it a little more character than young cheese while still remaining soft and creamy.
Our young matured cheeses are matured in our traditional ripening house on wooden shelves. This ensures a beautiful, natural flavour development and a deliciously creamy texture.
