Our Gouda cheese is made according to a traditional recipe, using only Nederland milk and then matured in our own maturing house. Here, the cheeses are given around 8 weeks to be perfectly young matured. The result is a delicious creamy cheese that is excellent for processing.
Hotel blocks are the ideal basis for slicing, dicing and grating yourself. For convenience, the cheese is already stripped of its rind.
