Jersey cheese, delicious organic cheese made from the milk of Jersey cows. Deliciously full of creamy flavour. Matured for at least 8 weeks in the traditional way.
Caprimera Herbs is a Dutch goat's cheese that is coated with thyme and rosemary, among other ingredients, during the ripening process. The rind of this cheese is edible and it is delicious with drinks or as a dessert cheese.
The tastiest Dutch young mature herb cheese, enriched with delicious fresh herbs. A combination that results in a young mature cheese with a spicy mild character.
Delicious matured 35+ cumin cheese. Made from the best skimmed milk. Matured for at least 16 weeks in our own maturing house, giving it a mild nutty flavour.
