Farmer’s Spring Cheese is the smaller, fresh spring version of our beloved Boeren Juweel. Made from the very first fresh pasture milk of spring and handcrafted according to a traditional recipe, using fresh daily milk straight from the farm. Soft, full and creamy, with a wonderfully smooth taste.

Tangy North Holland cheese is a delicious authentic local product. Creamy flavour with a spicy bite. Matured for at least 26 weeks in our own maturing house.

The one and only young matured Gouda cheese. This delicious young mature cheese is matured for 8 weeks, giving it a delicious, mild creamy flavour.

Delicious young matured cumin cheese. Matured for at least 12 weeks in our own maturing house, giving it a mild nutty flavor.

Delicious Gouda mature cheese. Our matured cheeses are aged in the traditional way for 16 weeks, giving a delicious slightly tangy flavor.

Extra matured cumin cheese of the best quality. Matured for a minimum of 26 weeks in our own maturing house in the traditional way. This gives these cheeses a delicious spicy and nutty flavor.

Extra matured Gouda cheese for the ultimate cheese lover. Our extra mature cheeses are aged for a minimum of 26 weeks, providing a delicious tangy bite.

The Rotterdamsche Old is a special cheese with a wonderfully robust character. Very tasty when paired with a good glass of red port. The sweet character of the port combined with the cheese is a treat.

Old North Holland, an EU protected regional product. Deliciously firm in taste but still tasty Smeuïg. Aged at least 1 year in our own maturing house.

Aged for at least a year in our traditional aging house. Delicious tangy cheeses with an intense taste sensation. Fantastic for on bread but also a real treat on a cheeseboard.

Extra perennial North Holland cheese, a delicious authentic regional product. With a delicious characteristic taste of old cheese. Aged at least 2 years in our own maturing house, but still special Romig.
