Tangy North Holland cheese is a delicious authentic local product. Creamy flavour with a spicy bite. Matured for at least 26 weeks in our own maturing house.

French Emmentaler is a delicious firm cheese with a wonderful nutty flavor. Characterized by its large eyes, the holes in the cheese makes it one of the most famous hole cheeses in the world.

Who doesn't know it? The Edam bulb cheese. A cheese of about 1.5kg that is also popular outside the Dutch borders. This cheese has a neutral creamy taste with a salty undertone and is super nice to give as a gift.
