A whole cumin cheese 35+ weighing about 11 kg. Made from the best skimmed milk. This matured cheese is aged for at least 16 weeks in our own maturing house, giving it a mild nutty flavour.

Klaver Jalapeño is een pittige Nederlandse kaas, gemaakt door Klaver Kaas in Friesland. Deze kaas combineert de romige, milde smaak van traditionele Klaver kaas met de pittigheid van jalapeño pepers.
