Aged goat cheese that has had at least 20 weeks to mature in our maturing house. Particularly flavoursome and nicely tangy, ideal for the cheeseboard or through hot dishes.

Delicious 11 kilo Pan Pan. A particularly tasty 20+ cumin cheese which is prepared according to a traditional Leiden recipe. Pan Pan is low in fat and high in flavour. Ideal when you want to enjoy it responsibly.

Whole Gouda cheese young matured of approximately 13 kg. This delicious young mature cheese is matured for 8 weeks, giving it a delicious, mild creamy flavour.
