Low salt cumin cheese
The low-salt cumin cheese in our range deliciously spicy and Romig in taste. During the preparation process of these special cheeses, cumin seeds are added and are gently stirred through the mass. This process ensures that the seeds are carefully spread throughout the cheese.
Once the preparation process is finished, the cheeses are given several days to rest in a brine bath. Unlike traditional cheeses, saltless cheeses are placed in a bath of low-sodium dietary salt.
This makes the cheese a lot healthier and makes these cheeses extremely suitable for people on low-sodium diets.
