Grated Extra-Mature North Holland Cheese
Our Grated Extra-Mature North Holland Cheese is a true favourite for anyone who enjoys strong, long-matured cheese. The cheese is matured for at least two years in our traditional ageing house, allowing it to develop a rich and characteristic flavour. Despite its long maturation, this North Holland cheese remains surprisingly creamy.
The cheese is freshly grated by us, making it ready to use straight away. It is delicious over pasta, oven dishes, salads and soups. It is also perfect for making a full-flavoured cheese sauce or a crispy cheese topping on gratinated dishes.
Thanks to its powerful flavour, only a small amount is needed to add plenty of character to a dish. After grating, the cheese is carefully packaged to preserve its freshness and flavour.
