This low-fat mature farmhouse cheese has a creamy, full flavour with a slightly spicy character – just right for spreading on bread or serving with drinks. Thanks to traditional maturation for at least 16 weeks in our own maturing house, the cheese develops a balanced, rich flavour that will delight true cheese lovers.
