Dutch cheese - Tasteful

The Old Rotterdammer is an aged cheese with a unique flavour. The cheese is made with fresh milk from the region Rotterdam in The Netherlands. It has matured in our own maturing house. Perfect to serve with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.

The one and only young matured Gouda cheese. This delicious young mature cheese is matured for 8 weeks, giving it a delicious, mild creamy flavour.

Young mature 35+ cheese made from the tastiest low-fat milk. Matured for at least 12 weeks in our own maturing house by traditional methods.

Stolwijk young matured is a deliciously flavoursome Farmers' cheese. This young mature farmer's cheese is made from raw milk and matures for at least 16 weeks in our maturing house.

Aged goat cheese that has had at least 20 weeks to mature in our maturing house. Particularly flavoursome and nicely tangy, ideal for the cheeseboard or through hot dishes.

Delicious handmade cheese with a particularly flavourful character. This cheese is made from microbial rennet, making it also suitable for vegetarians.

Hollandse Blauwe, delicious tasting blue cheese from North Brabant. The cheeses are sourced organically and made from pasteurised cow's milk.
