Aged goat cheese that has had at least 20 weeks to mature in our aging house. Especially Smaakvol and delicious Pittig, ideal for the cheeseboard or through hot dishes.

Delicious matured cumin cheese 35+. Made from the best skimmed milk. Matured for at least 16 weeks in our own maturing house, giving it a mild nutty flavor.

Delicious Gouda mature cheese. Our matured cheeses are aged in the traditional way for 16 weeks, giving a delicious slightly tangy flavor.

Organic extra mature cheese made from the milk of Jersey cows. Powerful and particularly creamy in flavour. Matured for at least 26 weeks in the traditional way.

The powerful, full-bodied flavor of Stolwijk extra mature develops through an impressive ripening period of 32 weeks. Crafted with love and craftsmanship from fresh milk, carefully hand-turned and aged in our own maturation house – just as you would expect from an authentic Stolwijk cheese.

This intensely creamy old sheep's cheese is a real treat for any cheese lover! Delicious to accompany drinks with a good glass of wine, but also very nice to incorporate into hot dishes.

The Rotterdamsche Old is a special cheese with a wonderfully robust character. Very tasty when paired with a good glass of red port. The sweet character of the port combined with the cheese is a treat.
