Our grated Gouda Crumbly Cheese Perennial is a true favourite for anyone who enjoys a strong, fully matured cheese. Its long ageing process gives the cheese a rich, powerful flavour and delicious salt crystals.
The cheese is freshly grated by us, making it ready to use straight away. It is delicious over pasta, oven dishes, salads and soups, as well as in cheese sauces, cheese straws or as a crispy topping on gratinated dishes.
Thanks to its intense flavour, only a small amount is needed to add plenty of character to your dish. After grating, the cheese is carefully packaged to preserve its freshness and flavour.
