Dutch cheese

Caprimera Liguria is a goat cheese from Dutch soil that during the ripening process is coated with a layer that includes tomato, basil and oregano. This cheese is delicious for on the borrelplank.

Klaver Jalapeño is a spicy Dutch cheese made by Klaver Kaas in Friesland. This cheese combines the creamy, mild flavor of traditional Klaver cheese with the heat of jalapeño peppers. The result is a unique, tangy cheese that's perfect for cheese boards, recipes, or simply as a snack.

Caprimera Kruiden is a goat cheese from Dutch soil that during the ripening process is coated with a layer that includes thyme and rosemary. The rind of this cheese is edible and it is delicious for drinks or as a dessert cheese.

The Ouwe Rotterdammert is an old cheese with a unique taste. The cheese is made with fresh milk from the Rotterdam region and is aged in our own maturing house. Perfect to serve with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.

Delicious low-fat Farmers Cheese 30+, delicious Pittig flavor but with less fat. These cheeses mature for at least 20 weeks in our maturing house.

Dutch Blue cheese, made from pasteurised goat's milk. Deliciously piquant in flavour and perfect on a cheeseboard or incorporated into a salad.
