The one and only young matured Gouda cheese. This delicious young mature cheese is matured for 8 weeks, giving it a delicious, mild creamy flavour.

Jersey cheese, delicious organic cheese made from the milk of Jersey cows. Deliciously full of creamy flavour. Matured for at least 8 weeks in the traditional way.

Young mature 35+ kaas made from the finest skimmed milk. Matured for at least 12 weeks in our own maturing house by traditional methods.

The creamy, full-bodied flavor with a mild tang of Stolwijk Farmers matured develops through a ripening period of 16 weeks. Crafted with love and craftsmanship from fresh milk, carefully hand-turned and aged in our own maturation house – just as you would expect from an authentic Stolwijk cheese.

Delicious young matured cumin cheese. Matured for at least 12 weeks in our own maturing house, giving it a mild nutty flavor.

This mature sheep's cheese is very Romig in taste and thanks to its aging, the taste of the Schapenmelk is well reflected. Belgians sheep cheese is delicious to eat in many ways. On the go or on a sandwich: it's all possible.

Aged goat cheese that has had at least 20 weeks to mature in our aging house. Especially Smaakvol and delicious Pittig, ideal for the cheeseboard or through hot dishes.
